Fruit Punch

This one is highly loaded with electrolytes, minerals and antioxidants which help fight diseases. They have healing and restorative properties. Also brings a natural glow to your skin!

Ingredients:

  • green tea 1/2 cup
  • orange juice 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • Ginger juice 1 tsp
  • sugar 4 teaspoons
  • soda or water 1/2 cup (optional)

Time: 10 minutes servings:2

Method:

1. Mix cold strained tea with fruit juice.
2. Stir in sugar, chill.
3. Mix ginger extract. For ginger extract, crush 10 gms of ginger and boil with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes and strain.
4. Pour in a tall glass with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with diced apple, a mint sprig or a lemon slice.
