Mintade
Mintade is a perfect hydrating and a summer cooler drink.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lemons
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, crushed
- 1.5 tablespoon sugar
- 600 ml boiling water
- ice cubes
- a few sprigs of mint, to garnish
Time:10 minutes Servings: 2-3
Method:
- Slice the lemons, saving the juice.
- place in a jug with the mint and sugar.
- Pour on boiling water and leave to steep for 2 hours.
- Strain and serve in glasses over ice, garnish with sprigs of mint.
